Requests for appointments should be submitted via email to info@vultus360.com or via our CONTACT FORM (Please include as much detail as possible). We will reply back within 24 hours to verify the date, time, and location of the shoot. Next day requests are very difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to an additional charge. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered “BOOKED”.

Cancellation, No-Show and Inclement Weather Policy

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Any shoot canceled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee. Arriving late beyond 30 minutes to an appointment will be considered a cancellation, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling. In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.

On Location

The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographer’s interpretation of the project. If a Client or Business representative is not present, the Photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The photographer will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms; however please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture. Agents are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photoshoot. All properties will be shot “As-Is.” Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input, the photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph the property.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies based on our project workload. Typical turnaround time for each completed project is approximately 7-10 business days. Completion deadlines will be provided per project and are partially dependent on client’s cooperation in prompt response/feedback on image, video proofs and virtual tour production. Vultus 360 reserves the right to alter deadlines due to unforeseen circumstances that can hinder a timely project delivery or compromise the integrity of the promised work.


The prices are based on the scope of the work to be completed as mutually agreed upon, and are based on our careful evaluation of the requirements necessary to complete the project. Price is subject to change due to any modifications to the requirements of the project. Such modifications include: number of images, project time, project details, or project complexity. The client must approve all modification decisions and will be notified if any changes are required. The final amount due will accurately reflect those changes. Work will begin upon the acceptance of terms and contract approval. A signed contract will be required for all projects.

Proofing & Delivery

Proofs will be provided to the client as high-resolution watermarked JPEG images. All still image proofs will be watermarked and virtual tours will be in sample mode until final payment for the project is received. Once received, the final high-resolution images and virtual tour will be released to the client.

Vultus 360 may select the delivery of videos in MP4, still photographs in JPEG, TIFF, PNG, or another standard format, at a resolution that determines will be suitable for the digital contents as licensed. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the digital contents are suitable for reproduction and that if the digital contents are not deemed suitable, to notify the Vultus 360 within five (5) business days. Vultus 360’s sole obligation will be to replace the digital content at a suitable resolution but in no event will Vultus 360 be liable for poor reproduction quality, delays, or consequential damages.

Rights & Usage

All images produced for an Agent or Broker [Client] may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self-promotion. The photos may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Ownership of the images remains with Vultus 360, and the license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by Vultus 360.

All work is copyright of Vultus 360. Work is released to the client upon payment for stated intentional usage and cannot be altered or used for purposes other than original intent without written permission from the owner, Vultus 360. Signed copyright transferral notices can be provided upon request.

Good Faith Agreement

We work very closely with each client to provide a unique, high quality and functional virtual tour that is within a client’s budget, time-line and requested project description. In almost every case, these goals are met and often exceeded. However, in cases where we cannot reach an acceptable product based on creative differences and the client wishes to terminate the contract, the client will be invoiced for 50% of work initiated to that point, insofar as all reasonable attempts have been made to meet client specifications.

Relationship of the Parties

The parties agree that Vultus 360 is an independent contractor and that neither Vultus 360, nor Vultus 360’s employees or contract personnel are, or shall be deemed to be, employees of Customer. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. Neither party is authorized to act as an agent or bind the other party except as expressly stated in this Agreement. Vultus 360 and the Photos or any other deliverables prepared by Vultus 360 shall not be deemed a work for hire as defined under Copyright Law. All rights granted to the Customer are contractual in nature and are expressly defined by this Agreement.


Vultus 360 retains full ownership of all virtual tours, videos, and still image photography assets produced until the total amount listed on the contract and/or invoice is received in full. If full payment is not received within 30 calendar days after the final virtual tour and/or still images are sent by Vultus 360 and received by the client, Vultus 360 retains the right to suspend virtual tours and restrict access and use of imagery assets created by Vultus 360. If full payment is not received within 60 calendar days after the final virtual tour is sent by Vultus 360 and received by the client, Vultus 360 retains the right to terminate or suspend virtual tour functionality and request that all publications of imagery assets belonging to Vultus 360 be withdrawn and returned to Vultus 360.

A 50% deposit payment is required on any project, the remaining balance will not be charged until the Project/Virtual Tour is approved. We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.
